Everything is about to change for you, in the most beautiful way possible. This can be exciting and a bit nerve racking. As a Labor Doula, I will be there to help answer any questions you may have, provide evidence based research to review, help create your birth plan and discuss what you hope and want to happen in the delivery room. I also use soothing techniques to help ensure that your labor and delivery is as comfortable as possible to help with the bonding process with everyone involved.

Two prenatal visits to discuss and create a fluid birth plan

In-depth discussion on pain relieving techniques and your comfort level with techniques that may be used

On-call prior to active labor between the hours of 6am and 8pm

During active labor, delivery, and at least one hour after: coaching, providing pain relieving techniques and breastfeeding assistance

One postpartum visit to chat about your experiences after leaving the hospital & discuss and assist with any challenges you may be experiencing
